Terms and Conditions

1Bookings

Your booking is confirmed once:

• Your reservation has been accepted by Excuri.
• A 15% deposit has been received.
• You receive a confirmation email.

2Payment

The remaining balance is due upon arrival unless otherwise agreed. We accept:

• PayPal
• Bank Transfer
• Cash (by prior arrangement in Agadir or Tamraght)

Any bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the guest.

3Cancellation Policy

Retreats & Multi-Day Packages

• Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 15 days before arrival.

Excursions & Day Trips

• Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

4Changes & Cancellations by Excuri

Excuri reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or activities due to weather, ocean conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, a suitable alternative will be offered.

5Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in booked activities and must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and instructors.

Guests are also responsible for any damage caused to accommodation, vehicles, equipment, or property through negligence or misuse.

6Liability

Adventure activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Excuri shall not be liable for injuries, loss of personal belongings, travel delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before your trip.

7Photography

Photos and videos may be taken during our experiences for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in our media, please let us know before your activity begins.

8Privacy

Any personal information collected during the booking process is used solely to manage your reservation and provide our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
